Head Coach Named for Jacksonville Ospreys
The Jacksonville Ospreys have named a new head coach for their inaugural 2024 season, Art Dudal!
Coach Dudal brings 15 years of collegiate coaching experience. These stops include having served as an assistant coach at the NCAA Division II level; Pitching/Hitting coach within the JUCO ranks and has also served as the Head Coach and pitching instructor at Rochester University. Coach Dudal’s postseason experience includes: NCAA Division II conference tournament champions, 2 regional appearances; JUCO conference champions, 3 regional appearances; and one World Series appearance. Primarily from a pitching background, Dudal also played collegiate baseball in Arkansas and in Michigan. From his collegiate and travel teams he has seen 17 players drafted, and 5 who would eventually make their MLB debut.
Coach Dudal's first order of business is to round out the coaching staff by finding assistant coaches that will help the baseball program thrive. Coach Dudal also has great plans to inspire character growth and increased sense of community in our youth through baseball.
The Jacksonville Ospreys are very excited to have Coach Dudal as part of the Flock here!
