Are you a baseball enthusiast with a knack for coaching? Do you thrive on turning raw talent into polished gems? Look no further—the Jacksonville Ospreys are seeking an Assistant Coach to soar alongside our players, share their expertise, and help us reach new heights.

The Jacksonville Ospreys aren’t your average team. We’re a spirited bunch, fueled by sun-soaked afternoons and the crack of the bat. Our stadium—Jack Amyette—is our nest, and our players? Well, they’re our fledglings, ready to take flight. As an Assistant Coach, you’ll be part strategist, part mentor, and all heart.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in creating practice schedules and assist with all game schedule logistics
  • Can throw BP and can fit the role of a hitting coach
  • Looking for an assistant coach that understands the competitive needs of a summer program 
  • Fan engagement and professional leadership is a must! Ospreys are all about fun and community!
  • Assist in providing a professional environment that will help develop all players both on and off the field
  • Work with all team staff and interns in planning for game day themes and events as needed
  • Assist in organizing and executing up to two summer baseball camps for local kids
