Position Overview

The Jacksonville Ospreys are seeking a Ticket Sales & Account Manager to join our team and help bring the excitement of baseball to our community. This part-time role offers flexible off-season hours and in-season opportunities, making it a great fit for motivated individuals who want to grow their career in sports while making a local impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • 🎟️ Meet and exceed ticket sales goals through individual and group sales

  • 🤝 Engage with local nonprofit organizations, youth and school sports programs, and community groups

  • 🏢 Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts and military base points of contact (POCs, Base access a plus)

  • 📈 Develop new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships

  • 🎉 Contribute to creating a fun, welcoming, and memorable ballpark experience for all fans

Qualifications
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a “Fun is Good” attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous sales, customer service, or community engagement experience preferred (but not required)

  • Passion for baseball and community involvement
