Assistant Coaching Positions Available

***ASSISTANT COACHING POSITIONS***


1st Assistant Coach - duties include: assist the head coach with day to day baseball operations, execute practice plans while providing quality instruction; Prepare the team for game day competition and success. Qualifications: *Must be able to throw extensive batting practice throughout the season - with the help of other coaches.  Preferred:  collegiate coaching experience and or collegiate playing experience. Opportunity to be promoted to Associate Head Coach. Games may be played on the weekends, but no practices. This is a paid position. 


2nd Assistant Coach - Assist the Head Coach and 1st assistant coach with day to day practices and game day operations. Serve as a roving instructor to include working with the outfielders/ infielders/ catchers etc., as well as other duties assigned. Mandatory qualifications: Must be able to  throw extensive batting practice with quality reps for the players. BP will be facilitated with the help of other coaches throughout the season. Preferred: collegiate coaching experience and or collegiate playing experience. Games may be played on the weekends, but no practices. There is an opportunity to be promoted to Associate Head Coach. 


3rd/4th/5th Assistant Coach - NOT REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO AWAY GAMES - Assist the Head Coach and two assistants with overseeing the day to day practices  and game day operations. Mandatory qualifications: must be able to throw quality batting practice and serve as a roving instructor. Maybe be assigned other baseball duties by the coaches. Games may be played on the weekends, but no practices. There is an opportunity to be promoted to Associate Head Coach.
