Jacksonville Ospreys – Know Before You Go

We’re excited to welcome you to another summer of Jacksonville Ospreys baseball! To help make your game day experience safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following stadium policies and information before arriving at the ballpark.

Stadium Policies & Guest Information

No Outside Food or Drinks

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the stadium.

No Weapons Allowed

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on stadium property.

Bag Policy

Large bags are not permitted. Diaper bags, small handbags, clutches, and purses are allowed. However, all bags are subject to search upon entry.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products of any kind are prohibited inside the facility.

No Pets Allowed

Pets are not permitted at games, with the exception of our Bark in the Park Night on July 3rd.

Respect the Game

Please be respectful to all players, coaches, umpires, staff members, and fellow fans. The Jacksonville Ospreys maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or inappropriate behavior.

Weather & Rain Delay Updates

Rain delays or game cancellations will be announced on the day of the game and may not be finalized until mid-afternoon. All updates will be communicated exclusively through our social media channels, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest information.

First Aid Available

Certified trainers will be on-site during games and available to assist guests needing basic first aid or medical attention.

Need Assistance?

Official staff members can be identified by lanyards that say “STAFF.” Staff can easily be found at the concession stand, merch tent, or the entry gates. If you need help during your visit, please don't be afraid to ask the nearest staff member.
